Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. I actually wanted to come and do this look for you guys. Your girl was feeling a little bit colorful today and yeah. So for those of you who are new to my channel, welcome and please go ahead and hit that subscribe button and join the Miss Creative Diva family. You guys, your girl, actually delved into her 120 palette from BH Cosmetics. I have not touched this palette in probably over a year and so I really want to delve back into doing like super colorful looks like I used to do for those of you who actually have been following since I started YouTube, I definitely do appreciate you guys and I just want to get back to that colorful, creative side an so yeah. So I wanted to go ahead and get this look out for you guys so if you’re interested in seeing how I achieve this full look, then let’s go ahead and get started.
All right you guys. So first, I’m going to take this reddish brown eye shadow. This is from the makeup addiction palette and I will leave the link to this product down below. This actually reminds me of brown scrimp and I’m going to warm my crease up with this color. I don’t know, you guys. This is like my favorite, favorite color and this is actually the color in savannah dessert. Then I’m going to go in with my morphy eyeshadow palette and take this soft brown eye shadow. It’s actually similar to me, in my opinion, to Saddle from Mac but I’m going to use this as my transition color and then I’m going to go and apply my base and I’m just applying the kind cut crease or the cut that I want with my concealer and I went to go ahead and get a smaller brush because that’s what I prefer to do like my cut crease looks and I’m using the concealer and LA girl pro concealer and tophi.
All right you guys. So I’m use the palette from Deck of Scarlett. Now, if you’re not familiar with this company, it is a subscription service for 29.95 and they bring out a palette, I believe, every two months and so you are allowed to skip the months if you, you know, prefer not to pay for a month. This month, they are actually in collaboration with the YouTuber named, I think, Nazanin Kavari. I hope I’m saying that correctly.
I will leave the links down below and I’m going to start off by applying a soft pink shade. All right. So honestly, the colors in the palette are very, very beautiful. I just don’t feel like they were just colors that were vibrant enough for women of color or deeper skin tones so I was needing a little bit of depth but I love the colors. Like, they’re super soft and springy and summery. So I’m going to go in with my BH Cosmetics palette also and because I want like a variation of pinks, I’m just taking a deep, sort of, darker pink and applying that after the shimmery, soft pink at the beginning for the eye.
All right, so next in the same palette, I’m going to go in with a sort of light purple shade and I’m applying that on the outer v of the eye. All right you guys. So next I’m taking a brown eye shadow that’s in the Deck of Scarlett palette to add a little bit of definition and then I’m going to go in with my 120 palette and add a dark purple in the outer crease to kind of give it a little more definition and a lot of smokiness. All right.
So what I’m doing is taking a little bit of a pink as well as taking a little bit of my reddish brown eye shadow to kind of blend that in a new harshness in that crease area.
All right you guys so I’m using a liner that’s actually… Or that comes with the Deck of Scarlett palette. Now, honestly, I think this is more of a black brown. It’s definitely not a black and so you will see me go in with my liquid liner more so on the outer wing area because I was needing a little bit more definition and I like my liner to be dark but honestly, this is my first time using like liquid liner pen and I actually really, really like it. It’s super easy. Very, very beginner friendly. I just wish it was jet black so I definitely… I think have one around the house somewhere that I haven’t’ tried to use and so I can’t wait to actually pick it up and try in a tutorial for you guys.
All right you guys. So I went ahead and added mascara. The mascara I’m using my benefit they’re real and then I’m going in with the lashes in queen. And then once I applied that, I’m going to go in… Take that soft pink and apply that in the inner tear duct area and I just wanted to be a little more creative so what I’m taking is this cotton candy liner and this one is in Fairy Floss. This is from Absolute New York and I am just kind of creating a little bit of a cut crease which I thought was super, super cute.
All right you guys. So as you can see, I skipped the full foundation and everything like that because I have a separate video coming which is something very, very different that I wanted to share with you guys. I’m adding a purple eye shadow on the lower lash line just using a pencil brush and then I’m going to go in with the same mascara and apply a couple coats to the lower lash line.
All right, for the lips, I’m going in with chest nut lip liner and then I’m going to go in with this palette. You guys, this palette is super amazing. I did add this to my kit. So in the video, I used a spatula just for, you know, sanitary purposes which is what I do when I work on my clients and I took the third and the second nude shade in this palette which is one a gloss and one a lipstick color. You guys, it made that perfect, perfect lip combination and so I’m actually applying it with an eye shadow brush. You can apply with the lip brush. Whatever you have available but I love the way this lip color came out. Like those lipsticks are freaking amazing. You can mix them and create whatever lip color that you’re looking for and I use this, I’m sorry, this past weekend on a lot of my client and you guys, I love it. Love it to death and so yeah. So let me know what you guys think. This is pretty much the finished look.
If you guys try this look out, make sure you guys tag your girl in it and please subscribe and I do want to thank you all so much for watching and I’ll see ya’ll in my next video. Bye.
