Hey, guys, and welcome back to my channel. So, I’m going to show you guys how I created this super… There’s people on my roof doing work… It’s a super matte purple eye with a fuchsia-y, pink-y glossy lip, and this entire look was created with the Deck of Scarlet palette. I’ve done a video with them before in the past with their other palette. This is the newest one that they have so far. Immediately when I saw this I was like,“Oh, my god. Purple is good for brown eyes. I’m going to do this video makeup for brown eyes.” If you don’t know what would complement your eye color, if I make sense, so, I really wanted to create this. So, the first thing that stood out in my head when I first saw this beautiful palette. As I just said, the palette that I’m going to be using is from Deck of Scarlet. The palette looks like this.
Basically, Deck of Scarlet is a new subscription service. I have talked about them before in the past. So, for anyone who watched that video, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Unlike any other subscription, where you get something every single month, you get a brand new palette kit thing for a nice look that you can create many looks with every other month. As you can see, it comes with eye shadows, a blush, a highlighter, two lipsticks in sort of like this lip crayon. Each palette is in collaboration with a top YouTuber. This month is BabsBeauty. I like how they collaborate with a YouTuber, because we’re trying to get ourselves out there, and I really like how they include us. You know what I’m saying? Deck of Scarlet is also cruelty-free, paraben-free. They are made in the USA. So, you’re not going to be wondering where your stuff is coming from. Like I said, you pay $29.95 every other month, and you also get free shipping to the USA. I’ll have a link down below, and you can click it to get your subscription. Honestly, I really do think it’s worth it. This is my second one that I’ve had, and I’m still enjoying it to this day. But let’s just go ahead and move on.
On a Morphe 504 blending blush, I’m going to take the shade Bobdy…I think that’s how you say it…which is this blush color right here. This is going to be my transition shade for this entire look. So, I’m just going to go in and blend that out throughout my crease next on this Vanity Vixen blending brush. These are, of course, from Vanity Vixen. They’re an Instagram brand. They’re kind of-ish small, but they have really nice lashes that are cruelty-free.Some of them are mink lashes. They have these really cool unicorn brushes that are super trendy right now. There’s a lot of brands coming out with unicorn-themed things, and they have these rainbow unicorn brushes. These are actually the prettiest ones I’ve seen so far. I’m just going to take this brush and with the same shade of Bobdy, I’m just going to further define the crease.
Next on a Morphe R39, I’m going to take the shade Making Mauves, which is this one right here. On this Wet n Wild flat brush…I’m not exactly sure what they’re called, but they’re like a dollar…
I’m going to take the shade Sophia now, which is the brightest purple color right here. This is the most beautiful shade I have ever seen of purple. I’m just going to go all over my lid with this and then kind of smoke it into the crease.
Once I’ve ended up with this, I am just going to do my lower lash line now.The only thing I’m going to do is take the shade Sophia again, which is that super bright purple shade that I used all over my lid and a little bit in my crease, but we’re just going to smoke it down on the lower lash line. I’m going to make some super weird faces, so, we’re just going to try to pretend that I didn’t. Okay? Cool. Now, I’m just going to take the Urban Decay highlighter in the shade Sin on this tiny little EcoTools brush, and I’m just going to highlight my inner corner and my brow bone.
The next thing that I’m going to do is just apply some lashes. These are the Dodo lashes in the style D313. I do have a discount code with them and, as always, it will be listed down below for you guys to save some money. I went ahead and applied those lashes off camera with some mascara. Now, we’re just going to move on to lips. This palette does come with two lip colors and also a…What’s it called?…a lip crayon. The shade I’m going to be using today is called Plump, which is this fuchsia purple-y color. There’s a lot going on, so I’m going to do a very light hand, and then I’m just going to go over it with a clear gloss. I’ve applied a pretty even layer. I’m just going to block with some tissue now. I just have this wash of color so it looks like I have lips. Then I’m just going to top it with the Maybelline Shine Shot Lip Gloss. This lip honestly reminds me so much of something like Barbie would wear or something.
This is the finished makeup look. People with…I really think it’s really going to help people with brown eyes like me. I just feel like purple really does complement brown. Also, I will be listing everything you need to know about Deck of Scarlet and anything else I said I would list down below, like I said. I just want to say thank you so much for watching this video. I can’t believe I’m growing so fast. It’s honestly so crazy. I just wanted to tell you guys that I love you all so much, and I wish you guys [INAUDIBLE 00:06:37].
