Hey, guys. Today, I’m doing a tutorial on this make-up look. Honestly, I feel like, oh my gosh, I just love it so much. I feel like this could be like, a casual full face. What am I trying to say? Like, a notch down from a full glam, but it’s like a baby glam. Anyways, if you guys want to know how I got this look, then just go ahead and keep watching.
Okay. So, for this video, I’ve already gone ahead and done my foundation, my eyebrows, bronze or contour; all that stuff because I didn’t want to include it in another video. Today, I’m going to be using this Deck of Scarlett palette. This one is Addition Number Two. This palette is in collaboration with Bab’s Beauty. Every month, they collaborate with a different artist, and they come up with a brand-new palette. I’m really excited. You can create so many looks with just this one palette, and it literally has everything in it. Everything. This is something that’s ideal for someone like me because I travel a lot. So, instead of bringing multiple palettes or products, I can literally just bring this. You’re getting full size products with really good pigmentation, that are really good quality. They’re paraben-free, made in the US, cruelty-free. You can sign up to purchase these palettes. They come up with a new one every other month. So, for $29.95, every other month, you’ll get a new palette. I’ll leave a link down below with all that information, if you’re interested in purchasing this, but right now, I’m ready to get into this tutorial and see what I can come up with using this because I am so stoked.
So, I’ve already primed my eyes with my MAC Soft Ochre Paint Pot. So, I’m just going to take my Make-up Geek Peach Smoothie eyeshadow. I don’t care what day of the week it is, what time of the year it is, I don’t care about anything, I will use this everyday as my eyeshadow base or my base eyeshadow.
Okay, moving on to this palette. I’m going to the shade, this one right here. It’s called Bobdy. I’m not really sure. It’s a blush color, but I’m going to use this very lightly as a transition shade in my crease. Oh, my God, it’s really pretty.
Okay. So, now I’m going to go ahead and take the shade Making Mauves, right here. It’s like a darker mauve color. And I’m going to take a little bit of a smaller brush, and focus this on the outer V of my eye, and slightly into my crease. [Singing] I’m switching back over to this brush with a little bit more of that same eyeshadow, and using that to blend it out a little bit further. I honestly don’t know what type of look I’m even going for. I’m just going for something. [Singing]
Okay, so now I’m going to take that same Making Mauves color and just start smudging this underneath my lower lash line. I’m going to go back in with that blush shade and just run that over top. Next, I’m going to take this MAC eyeshadow in the shade Uninterrupted. This is honestly my go to eyeshadow. This step most likely not necessary, but I want a more of a warm-toned look. I don’t know, purple, on me, I feel looks kind of grey. So, I’m just going to add a bit of this right into my crease, just over top of those mauve shades.
Okay, so that’s pretty much going to be it for my eyes. I’m going to go ahead and apply some false lashes. I’m going to be using my Lashes by Emery in the style Sienna, because these are my favorites. I literally wear these every single day. I went ahead and did my lashes, but I ended up using a different pair. These are also Lashes by Emery in the style Harlow. I decided to try these, it’s my first time wearing these ones because I use Sienna, literally, so often, I just wanted to try something new. So, I really like these, actually. They’re really flirty looking. I don’t know. I think they’re super cute.
So, I think that’s going to be it for the eyes. I’m going to move onto my cheeks and just highlight. From this palette, I’m going to take the shade Gilded, and see how that looks as a highlight. I’m nervous. I’m not going to have too much because I do like how this looks really natural. But I am going to take a little bit of that on the inner corners of my eyes just to brighten it up.
Okay, so now I’m going to move on to my lips. I’m going to take the, let me see, I’m going to swatch this and see. Oh, it’s pretty dark. It’s the lip crayon. It’s really dark. I don’t want to use that. I’m going to take the shade Brownies in here. All the lip shades are pretty dark, except this one’s more like a purply one. Whoa, this is like… Oh, it’s not that dark. It looks really dark in the pan. It sheers out. It’s not really matte. I don’t know, it feels like a Chapstick. Like, that’s what the consistency feels like. But I really like it. I really like this look, actually. I really like the eyeshadow so much.
